Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused
in their original condition
complete with original tags, packaging, and any included components

Getting Approval First

Please contact our support team by email before sending anything back. We can only process a return once it has been confirmed — items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Where This Policy Applies

This return and refund policy covers orders delivered within the United States only.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

If you're returning something for personal reasons — the wrong size, a change of mind, an ordering mistake — return shipping is your responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

No Hidden Fees

We don't charge restocking or handling fees on approved returns.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@harlowbennett-austin.com with your order number and the reason for the return, then wait for our confirmation before sending anything.

Once approved:

pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging
include any accessories or paperwork that came with it
follow the return instructions we send you

Processing Your Refund

When we receive your return, we'll check that it meets the conditions above. Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to another 7 business days to show up on your original payment method.
